Terms and conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made by e-mail, telephone, fax or mail.
Margaux and Sauternes
Refundable caution: € 400 (to be paid upon arrival to the owner)
Final cleaning (compulsory): € 50
In the low and mid season a heating supplement of € 25 per week is applicable.
Pomerol
Refundable caution: € 500 (to be paid upon arrival to the owner)
Final cleaning (compulsory): € 75.
In the low and mid season a heating supplement of € 45 per week is applicable.
Reservation and payment
Reservations can be made by e-mail, telephone, fax or mail. To confirm the reservation, you have to make a down payment of 30% of the rent.
Payment
All payments have to be made in Euro. The tenant has to pay eventual transaction fees himself. The balance has to be in possession of the owner twelve weeks before the start of the rental period.
Maximum occupancy
On the reservation form you need to indicate exactly how many persons will stay at Coulon Laurensac. There will not be accepted any more persons at the property than the maximum allowed in the description. If you also indicate the number of children, the owner can make sure the property corresponds exactly to your needs (number of sheets, etc.). So also inform the owner if any changes occur after the reservation.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel the reservation, you own cancellation fees to the owner. These are in case of cancellation:
- more than 42 days before arrival: 30% of the rent
- between 42 and 28 days before arrival: 60% of the rent
- between 28 days and the arrival day or if you have to leave before the end of the rental period: 100% of the rent
Insurance
To be reimbursed for the financial consequences of cancellation we strongly recommend to subscribe to a cancellation insurance. It goes without saying that you have a travel insurance to cover all damages and claims resulting from your vacation.
